For other customers, the tracking number may only be tracked online up to airport departure, depending on the customers' country post office system. For parcels shipped via EMS Express Courier International, it can be fully tracked online to all countries.

For mix orders (orders containing both contact lens and non-contact lens products), if you select EMS Express Courier International Shipping without getting a manual quote from us, only the contact lens part of your order will be shipped via EMS Express Courier International Shipping while other products will be shipped via International Air Registered Parcel or equivalent. However, to prevent abuse and unfair situation, it does not cover such cases of old/incorrect address provided by the customer, customer claiming address on PayPal is incorrect prior to ordering or customer claiming non-receipt even when official post office confirms successful delivery.
