which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other major credit cards as well as Maestro, Cirrus and certain other debit cards). All credit card and debit card payments are securely processed via PayPal which operates as the the secure credit processing merchant with industrial level security. If you are paying by credit card or debit card, you do not need any Paypal account even if PayPal processes the payment. If you do not have PayPal or credit card/debit card, you can create a PayPal account for free and pay using your bank account after linking your bank account with PayPal. How do I order and pay?
1) To order, click the Add to Cart button for the products that you wish to order.
2) After adding all the products you wish to order, click Checkout on your shopping cart.
3) After clicking Checkout, fill in your log in/shipping information and proceed.
4) Proceed to pay with either PayPal or credit/debit card (all payments will be securely processed by PayPal. You do not need to use any PayPal account if using credit/debit card to make payment)
-If using Paypal account, log in with your Paypal information to proceed with the payment
-If using credit/debit card, click the "Don't have a Paypal Account?" link on PayPal page to input your card information to use for the payment
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to all countries including USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, Spain, Brazil & Dubai with the exception of high risk countries such as certain African countries.
For Italy, Phillippines and Brazil and high risk countries, due to relatively high incidence of abnormalities when using standard registered post, EMS Express Courier shipping service is mandatory or otherwise it will not be covered for any postal loss (if you are from Italy, Phillippines and Brazil or a high risk country, please contact us to organise this EMS Express Courier shipping service to help us to help you in protecting your purchase).
When will my order arrive?
Your order will usually be processed and shipped out in 1-4 business days. (You will receive a Shipping Notification email when shipped out). Most customers receive their order 5-10 business days after it is shipped out. However, shipping time and cost depends on shipping method used and country you are located and as such, to find out a more accurate estimated shipping time and cost, please view our Shipping Information page that comprehensively provides all shipping information.
What is your AFC Free Replacement and Return policy?
As customers are our No.1 priority, we comprehensively protect against lost parcels and manufacture defects via our AFC Guaranteed Delivery Protection and AFC Guaranteed Manufacture Defect-Free Protection policy for our customers. In these cases, we will send a free replacement at our expense as soon as possible even in a case the post office/manufacturer does not cover. Some cases may require returns. In a rare case we accidentally send an incorrect order, you may return it to us for a replacement and we will cover all shipping expenses. For change of mind, due to health and safety regulations besides other issues, we are not able to process returns because handled, opened or used contact lens/skin care/cosmetic products cannot be resold to another customer.
Are your products in ready stock?
All of our products are in ready stock except in relatively rare cases, such as in a relatively rare case the new supply from our manufacturer arrives slightly later than normal.
Are your products genuine?
With your safety in mind, we guarantee all of our products that we carry are 100% genuine as we order direct from the official manufacturers/authorised distributors.
